Plus it makes you look sharp and savvy to make friends with technology, so even as you’re brushing up on computer skills, don’t forget to set yourself up to have job opportunities land right in your in-box.

Sure, it can be surprisingly difficult to find and land a new job, but the upside of such a time is that you, my friend, are becoming quite a scrappy individual – and you will eventually make it to the top!
