The children of Yorkshire and the region of Humber are in danger, this is why a campaign has been launched to save these children. A tremendous team at Children’s Social work matters are making the greatest difference to those who are in need. The Social workers are incredibly passionate about their work, which is why they are uniting as a community of 15 councils to raise awareness, raise industry standards and ensure the safety of the Children within the Yorkshire and Humber region. This is completely evident as there have been a record number of cases that have been handled in West Yorkshire over the last year which equates to roughly 29,941 youngsters who have received support.

Children’s Social work matters needs your help as they are handling a record number of cases with over 70,000 children going into care, which in a increase from last year.  The recruitment for more social workers is fundamental to deal with the increase of cases. The government has granted Children’s Social work matters with £150,000 to help, but its’ really important that people who are passionate and generally interest in the safety of children get in contact.
